You will arrive at your destination, the dreamlike Maafushi Island after a 30-40 minute ride and spend the next 5 days and 4 nights with nothing but the azure waters all around you away from your mundane life. The Velana Blu team will embrace you with a warm welcome upon arrival whilst assisting you to check-in at the standard check-in time which is usually 2pm. Once it’s done, head down to your rooms where you will unwind and indulge in the island life.
Devour in the generous breakfast laid out and gear up for a fresh day in the island full of adventure in store for you. You will have an entire dedicated to explore a stunning neighboring resort where luxury Maldivian holidays are made of and choose from the three exquisite Vadoo, Rannalhi and Fihalhohi resorts.
Brace yourself to explore the fraternity of marine life in the paradise island where you get to swim with the magnificent turtles and witness a variety of fishes or watch the dolphins at play in their natural habitat or visit a sandbank which are little islets that are perfect for a romantic day-off in the island. After a half-day of adventure in the sun, head out to the resort to relax in your comfy rooms with the perfect ambiance to rest your head.
On your 4th day you can do whatever you please as the hotel offer some exciting little activities. You can either Snorkel, plunge in to the clear blue waters or simply be a local for a day by cycling around the island exploring the Maldivian way of life.
